Why Lisbon at sunset
Lisbon is built on seven hills, and its viewpoints, the miradouros, face west over the river. At golden hour the terracotta roofs glow, the river turns gold and the city slows down.
Reaching several viewpoints on foot before the light fades means a lot of steep climbing. In a private tuk tuk you go from one to the next in minutes, with your guide choosing the best spot for the light that evening.
