1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website tuktuklisbon.tours or booking a tour with Tuk Tuk Lisbon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Services

Tuk Tuk Lisbon provides private tuk tuk tour experiences in Lisbon, Portugal. Our tours include, but are not limited to:

• Viewpoints + Alfama Tour (1.5 hours)
• Historical Centre Tour (2 hours)
• Belém Tour (2 hours)
• Full City Tour (4 hours)
• Custom itineraries upon request

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are made via WhatsApp or through the booking form on our website. A booking is only confirmed after:

• Written confirmation from Tuk Tuk Lisbon via WhatsApp
• Payment of the required deposit (20% of the total tour price)

4. Pricing

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable:

• Viewpoints + Alfama: €130 per group
• Historical Centre: €190 per group
• Belém: €190 per group
• Full City Tour: €360 per group

Prices are per tuk tuk (up to 6 passengers) and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation 48+ hours before the tour: Full refund of the deposit
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund of the deposit
• No-show: No refund. Full tour amount may be charged.
• Cancellation by Tuk Tuk Lisbon (e.g., extreme weather): Full refund or free rescheduling

6. Weather and Safety

Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, Tuk Tuk Lisbon reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Be present at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time
• Follow safety instructions provided by the guide/driver
• Treat the tuk tuk and equipment with care
• Not engage in any behaviour that endangers themselves, other passengers, or third parties
• Ensure all members of their group meet the minimum age requirements (children must be accompanied by an adult)

8. Liability Limitation

Tuk Tuk Lisbon is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, third-party actions, or weather events.

Tuk Tuk Lisbon carries appropriate insurance for passenger transportation. However, personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client at all times.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Tuk Tuk Lisbon and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

10. Advertising and Technology Tools

Tuk Tuk Lisbon uses the Google Ads API through an internal automation tool (tuk-tuk-ads-automation) to manage paid advertising campaigns. This tool is used exclusively for our own marketing purposes — creating, optimizing, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns for Tuk Tuk Lisbon. It is not offered as a service to third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
